Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Daniel.
The 35-year-old was last seen at the Royal Melbourne Hospital on Saturday 4 December where he was being treated for a medical condition.
Police are concerned for Daniel's welfare as he requires urgent medical treatment.
It is believed Daniel may have been seen in the Werribee and Hoppers Crossing areas last week.
He is currently driving a champagne coloured Honda Civic with unknown registration number and is known to sleep in his car.
Police have released an image of Daniel in the hope someone recognises him and provides information on his current whereabouts.
Daniel is described as Caucasian, about 178cm tall, with black hair; he has a goatee and moustache and distinctive facial tattoos.
