Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Dim.
The 40-year-old Fraser Rise man hasn't been heard from since about 10am on Friday, 20 January, when he was reported missing from Parkville.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to health conditions.
Dim is Caucasian and 177cms tall with a medium build.
He was last seen wearing a khaki windcheater, black tracksuit pants and white runners.
Dim is thought to be on foot and was last sighted in Bundoora.
Police have released an image of Dim in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Dim or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Melbourne North Police Station on 8379 0800.
