Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Geoff.
The 72-year-old was last seen in Esdale Street, Blackburn about 7.30am on 21 July.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as he suffers from a number of medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Geoff in the hope someone can supply information on his current whereabouts.
Geoff is about 182cm tall, thin build and was last seen wearing dark coloured jeans and a red jumper.
