Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Box Hill man, Gregory Blackburn.
Gregory was last seen at his home on Thursday 22 August.
Police and Gregory's family hold concerns for his welfare as the 62-year-old suffers from a medical condition and has poor eyesight.
Gregory is described as of Caucasian appearance, medium height and build, with receding black hair.
He's known to frequent the Box Hill shopping centre and sometimes catch's the train to the Melbourne CBD.
Investigators have released an image of Gregory in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who has seen Gregory or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to call Box Hill Police Station on 8892 3200.
