Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing South Yarra man Jarrad Dousa.
The 22-year-old was last seen in the South Yarra area on 12 October and has not been seen since.
Police and family have concerns for Jarrad's welfare as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
The below image of Jarrad has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
He is described as Caucasian with a slim build and brown short hair.
Jarrad is known to frequent the Prahran and South Yarra areas.
Anyone who sees Jarrad or with information is urged to contact Prahran Police Station on 9520 5200.
