Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Joseph.
The 67-year-old was last seen in Latrobe Terrace in Geelong about 10.45am on Monday, 23 May.
Police have concerns for Joseph's welfare as he has a medical condition.
Joseph was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue track pants, black runners and a black peaked cap.
He is known to frequent public parks and gardens in the Geelong and Ocean Grove areas.
Investigators have released an image of Joseph and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
