Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Michael Parker.
The 67-year-old was last seen at his home in Dunolly about 10pm on Tuesday 24 November.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has trouble communicating as a result of a medical condition and requires regular medication.
Police have released an image of Michael in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Michael is urged to contact Maryborough Police Station on 5460 3300.
