Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Stephen.
The 69-year-old was last seen on Furlong Road in St Albans about 7pm today.
Police and family have concerns for Stephen as he has a medical condition.
He is Caucasian, about 183cm tall with a solid build, grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, a Richmond Tigers jacket, brown cargo pants, brown sandals and using a yellow walking frame.
Police have released an image of Stephen and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Keilor Downs Police Station on (03) 9365 3333.
