Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wollert man, Tan.
The 64-year-old was last seen in Preston on Wednesday, 22 June.
Police and family hold concerns for Tan's welfare as he has a medical condition.
Tan is described as Asian in appearance, 160cm tall, a slim build, bald, with an olive complexion.
Police have released an image of Tan and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
