Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Brighton woman Meredith.
The 75-year-old was last seen on Collins Street in the CBD when she was dropped off after an appointment.
Meredith is described as having blonde bobcut hair, glasses, a slim build, 157cm tall and was either wearing a blue/white dress or gym clothing.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has dementia and may be disorientated.
An image of Meredith has been released in the hope someone will come forward with information about her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees her or with information is urged to call Melbourne East Police Station on 9637 1144.
