Police are appealing for the community's assistance as they ramp up their search for missing woman Nina in the Simpson area.
The 20-year-old left her Simpson address about 8.20am yesterday and was expected to arrive at her workplace in Glenfyne about thirty minutes later.
Nina never arrived at her place of work and has not been seen or heard from since which is extremely out of character.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Nina's welfare due to the extreme weather conditions which has caused the roads on her usual route to flood.
Local police along with State Emergency Services volunteers are today searching for Nina and her vehicle in the Simpson and Glenfyne areas.
Investigators have released images of Nina and her vehicle, a 2013 white Toyota Hilux utility bearing registration 1NM 6MQ, in the hope someone may have seen them in the area.
Nina is described as being 160cm tall with brown hair and was wearing a red RB Sellers shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information about Nina's whereabouts is urged to contact Warrnambool Police Station on 5560 1333.
