Victoria Police is seeking assistance from the public to locate registered sex offender Marcel Solomons.
An arrest warrant has been issued for the 45-year-old for failing to comply with his mandatory reporting obligations.
Solomons failed to make initial contact with police following his release from custody on 29 April 2021.
Investigators believe Solomons lives in the Carlton area, and frequents the Melbourne CBD, Collingwood and Fitzroy areas.
An image of Solomons has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Solomons is described as about 185cm tall, with a thin build, he has long black dreadlock hair, brown eyes, an olive complexion and is usually unshaven.
