Police are searching for missing Heidelberg West man Tarak Alman, Victoria Police say.
The 38-year-old was last seen in the Heidelberg area on 28 May.
Police and his family are concerned for his welfare as he has a number of medical conditions that require regular treatment.
Police have released an image of Tarak in the hope someone may recognise him or has information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Tarak is asked to contact the Greensborough Police Station on 8432 0200.
