Police seek help to find drivers of two vehicles stolen from Churchill address

Police are appealing for public assistance to help identify alleged offenders involved in the theft of two motor vehicles.

Emergency services responded to a report of a car fire at a reserve near the intersection of Robertson Street and Hourigan Road in Morwell, on the morning of March 31.

It is believed this car and another vehicle were stolen from an address in Matta Drive, Churchill around 6.15 am.

Three men in dark hoodies were seen with the first vehicle, a white Ford Mustang Coupe, in the reserve around the time it was set on fire.

It's alleged the men left the area in the second vehicle, a silver Toyota Land Cruiser, around 7.30 am.

The Toyota Land Cruiser was later dumped in Mary Street, Morwell around 4.30 pm.

Investigators have released images of two vehicles similar to those allegedly stolen.
