Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jasmine Gillett.
The 15-year-old girl was last seen at her home address in Werribee on Friday 17 May at 4pm.
Police and family members hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and have released an image in the hope someone can provide information on her whereabouts.
She was last seen wearing a school uniform consisting of a long blue checked skirt and a black North Face jacket.
Investigators have been told that Jasmine may be making her way to Bendigo.
Anyone who sees Jasmine or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
