Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 15-year-old boy missing from Brisbane City since Friday, September 15.

The boy (pictured) was last seen travelling on foot along Albert Street at approximately 8pm, and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family have serious concerns for the boy's welfare due to his young age.

He is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 170cm tall, with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.

While his whereabouts is unknown, police believe he may be in the Brisbane City, Ascot, or Deception Bay areas.
