Wayne Anderson, 78-years-old has been reported missing from Chermside.
He was last seen at a facility on Gympie Road yesterday (April 22) but has not been in contact since.
Wayne has a medical condition which can disorientate him.
He may be attempting to make his way to Morayfield or Caboolture.
Anyone who may have seen Wayne or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
