Police seek help to find missing man at Herston 19 March

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a missing 71-year-old Woody Point man last seen in Herston.

Gary Thurbon was last seen leaving a medical facility on Bowen Bridge Road around 4.40pm this afternoon (March 19).

He is described as Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall, with a proportionate build and bald head.

Gary was last seen wearing a maroon t-shirt, blue shorts and joggers.

He is believed to be travelling on foot or using public transport, and is known to frequent the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Police are concerned for his welfare as Gary suffers from a medical condition and may appear disorientated.

Anyone who has seen Gary or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
