Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Dhuor Choul.
The 23-year-old was last seen in St Albans about 8.40pm on 28 September.
He is described as 185cm tall, medium build, short curly black hair and was wearing grey track pants and a grey jumper with white runners.
Dhuor is known to frequent the Collingwood and Fitzroy areas.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Dhuor in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
