Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing North Melbourne man Robert Affleck.
Police and family members hold concerns for the 59-year-old as he requires regular medication.
Investigators believe he may frequent the North Melbourne, Carlton, Flemington, Moonee Ponds and Melbourne areas.
He is also known to attend food vans in these areas.
An image of Robert has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Robert is described as Caucasian in appearance with grey hair and a thin build.
Anyone who sees Robert or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Melbourne West Police Station on 8690 4444.
