Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate 20-year-old Kayla Preston-Yasserie, who was last seen by a friend on Wednesday July 5.
Kayla resides in Mackay, but it is believed she may be in the Townsville area and residents in both towns are asked to be on the lookout for her.
She is described as medium complexion, 160cm tall with long dark hard and a slim build.
Family and police hold concerns as this behaviour is out of character.
Police are appealing for Kayla, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, to contact them.
