Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Portland man Anthony Burns.
The 72-year-old was last seen at his home address on Cape Nelson Road earlier this afternoon at 3.15pm.
Anthony is believed to be driving his vehicle a 2010 Mazda BT50 utility, registered XQX 833.
Police and family have concerns for Anthony as he requires medication every several hours for a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Anthony in the hope someone may have seen him and can provide information regarding his whereabouts.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Portland Police Station on 5522 1500.
