Police seek help to find missing woman at Harristown (Toowoomba)

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate a missing 73-year-old woman reported missing from Harristown last night.

Nyashimisha Nyamurambya (pictured below) was last seen leaving a Hampton Street address last night (January 6) around 7.30pm for an evening walk and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare as Ms Nyamurambya is not familiar with the area and speaks limited English.

She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a brown and white African dress with blue swirls.

She was also wearing a headdress and pink slip on shoes.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen Ms Nyamurambya to contact police.
