Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Rosebud man Adam.
The 52-year-old was last seen leaving his Rosebud residence in his white Ford Corsair sedan about 9am on 13 January.
Police and family have concerns for Adam's welfare as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
Adam is Caucasian, with a heavy build, a black beard and long black wavy hair.
Police have released an image of Adam in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
It is unknown what Adam was wearing at the time of his disappearance; however, investigators believe he is travelling in a white Ford Corsair with registration FYG707.
