Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Matthew Tuifao.
A warrant has been issued for the 20-year-old for failing to appear at the Broadmeadows Magistrates' Court in relation to an assault matter.
Tuifao is perceived to be of Pacific Islander appearance, about 190cms tall with a solid build and black, short hair.
Investigators have released an image of Tuifao in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
