Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Theo.
It is understood the 10-year-old was last seen on Ryrie Street in Geelong about 1.30am on Tuesday, 20 July.
Police and family are concerned for Theo's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Theo is described as Caucasian, of slim build with light hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie with the 'Fortnite' logo on the front, black jeans and black runners. He was travelling on a black/blue razor scooter.
Police have released in image of Theo and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Waurn Ponds Police Station on (03) 5247 3500.
