Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jeffrey.
The 66-year-old was last seen leaving a medical facility on Yarra Boulevard, Kew, about 7.45pm on Wednesday, 14 February.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a brain injury.
Jeffrey is described as being Caucasian in appearance, is of slim build and is approximately 170cms tall with a shaved head.
He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with a cartoon on the front, black pants and was wearing a neck brace.
Air Wing, along with the Dog Squad and uniform members are searching along Yarra Boulevard in the Kew area tonight.
Investigators have released an image of Jeffrey in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
