Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Narre Warren man Saeed.
The 34-year-old was last seen getting on a bus in Bunerong Court, Narre Warren heading towards Fountain Gate Shopping Centre about 12.30pm on 29 April.
Police and family have concerns for Saeed's welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Saeed is nonverbal. He has an olive complexion, short dark hair and beard with a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a red jacket, cream jumper, black tracksuit pants, white runners and a brown side satchel bag.
Narre Warren Police are investigating and have released an image of Saeed in the hope someone may know of his current whereabouts.
Investigators believe he may be using public transport and frequents Richmond and Melbourne CBD areas.
