Police are appealing for public assistance in locating missing man Shane.
The 45-year-old was last seen at Green Gully Reserve in Keilor Downs about 11am on Sunday 12 October.
Shane is described as 183cm tall, bald with an olive complexion and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing rainbow-coloured sunglasses, a grey hooded jumper, dark-coloured trackpants and white runners.
Police and family have concerns for Shane's welfare due to a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Shane in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Shane or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Sunshine Police Station on (03) 9313 3333.
