Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wyndham Vale man Steven.
The 72-year-old was last seen in East Melbourne at 9.40am on 5 June.
He is described as 165cm tall, solid build with white hair, last seen wearing a blue windcheater, grey vest and trackpants.
Steven may be travelling in a white Toyota van, registration NYW764 and may be in the Werribee or Geelong areas.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions which require medication, and he may become confused and disorientated.
An image of Steven has been released in the hope it will assist in locating him.
Anyone who sights Steven is urged to call Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
