Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Phoebe.
The 16-year-old was last seen around 11am this morning in Kew.
She is described as having a slim build with dark brown straight shoulder length hair.
Phoebe was wearing an oversized black/grey hoodie, light grey sweater vest, navy track pants, aqua Asics runners, black over ear headphones and has a black backpack.
Phoebe is likely using public transport and may be headed to the Geelong area.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Phoebe in the hope someone can supply information on her current whereabouts.
