Police are seeking public assistance to help identify a man who masturbated while at an Ararat fast food outlet last month.
An unknown man entered the High Street restaurant between 1-1.30pm on Sunday 17 January.
While waiting in line to order, the man inappropriately touched himself while looking at a female staff member.
Staff refused to take his money until he washed his hands.
The man was seen to go to the bathroom, returned to the counter to order and left with his food.
Police have released images and CCTV of a man they believe an assist with their enquiries.
He is perceived to be Caucasian, aged in his 40s, about 183cm tall and was wearing dark tracksuit pants and a striped top.
