Police seek information on Robbery at Tennant Creek

Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a robbery in Tennant Creek earlier this week.

Around 11:20pm on Wednesday, it is alleged an unknown man entered a service station on Paterson Street and began stealing a number of small items.

When confronted by an employee the man has allegedly pushed her and fled the scene.

Police are requesting assistance from the public to locate a man they believe can assist with enquiries. He is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, wearing a red bull's singlet, blue jeans with white sneakers and a baseball cap.

Detective Sergeant Hayley Duncan said "Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident, or who knows the identity of the man, to contact us on 131 444. Please quote reference 10136491.
