Police seek information on Robbery in Katherine 1 February

Northern Territory Police are calling for information about a robbery at a service station earlier this morning.

At about 5am, police received a report of an armed robbery at the service station along Victoria Highway, Katherine. Three unknown offenders wearing balaclavas, armed with weapons, entered the establishment and demanded money from staff.

A member of the public intervened, and the offenders fled.

Katherine General Duties attended the scene, declaring it a crime scene. The matter remains under investigation.

Police are appealing to the public for any information that may assist in identifying the offenders.
