Gold Coast detectives have released CCTV as part of investigations into a series of robberies at three Pimpama businesses on 4 April.
Around 3.30pm, a man entered an alcohol store on Pimpama Jacobs Well Road where it is alleged, he attempted to steal a quantity of alcohol. When confronted by staff, he threatened them with a bottle of wine before leaving the store without any items.
At around 4pm, the same man attended an automotive supplies store on Pimpama Jacobs Well Road where it is alleged he stole items including a hammer and spray paint.
A short time later, at around 4.05pm, the same man entered an electronics store on Pimpama Jacobs Well Road where it is alleged he threatened staff with the hammer before stealing an e-battery.
The man then fled the area on an e-scooter.
No one was physically injured during these incidents.
Anyone who recognises the man, or who has information that could assist investigators, is urged to contact police.
