Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the state's north.
Cara Field-Smith, aged 14, was last seen at a home on Tipperary Drive, Ashtonfield, about 8pm on Monday 25 August 2025.
Officers attached to Port Stephens-Hunter Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Cara's welfare due to her young age.
Cara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160 cm tall, of thin build, with long/medium length brown hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a white Chicago Bulls hooded jumper, pink pants and shoes.
