Police Seek Missing Elderly Woman from Eastern Beaches

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly woman missing in Sydney Eastern Beaches area.

Alicia Klonaris, aged 85, was last seen walking northbound on Banks Avenue, near Westfield Eastgardens, about 12pm today (Thursday 5 March 2026).

Officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Alicia's welfare as she lives with dementia.

Alicia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 160cm tall, of a slim build, and short brown hair.

She was last seen wearing black shoes, a navy-blue long skirt, a grey and navy blue striped long sleeve top and using a walking stick.
