Police Seek Missing Greenacre Teen Boy

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from south west Sydney.

Rayyan Monir, aged 13, was last seen in Greenacre, about 7.45pm today (Saturday 28 March 2026.

When he could not be located or contacted officers from Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare as he lives with autism.

Rayyan is described as Indian Sub-Continental appearance, 157cm tall, thin build, dark complexion and has short dark hair.

He was last seen wearing an off white/tan coloured t-shirt, long blue pants and sandals.

Rayyan is known to frequent the Greenacre, Lakemba and Moore Park areas. He is also known to travel on the public transport system.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to contact Bankstown Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
