Police Seek Missing Hobartville Woman With Dementia

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the Hawkesbury area.

Winnifred Sinden, aged 74, was last seen at a home on Tarragen Avenue, Hobartville, about 4.15am today (Saturday 7 June 2025).

When she could not be located, officers attached to Hawkesbury Police Area Command were notified and commenced a search a multi-agency search operation to locate her.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare as she lives with dementia.

Winnifred is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall with slim build, and grey shoulder-length hair.

She was last seen wearing a white top with red stripes, and dark-coloured slacks.

Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to call Triple-Zero (000) or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
