Police Seek Missing Riverwood Teen 13 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's south west.

Angelique Vardakas, aged 13, was last seen in Riverwood about 7.45am on Thursday (11 September 2025).

When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Campsie Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

Angelique is described as Caucasian appearance, 130cm tall, thin build and black tied up hair.

She was last seen wearing a school sports uniform consisting of a teal coloured polo shirt, blue shorts, white socks, black shoes and yellow backpack.

Angelique is known to frequent the Riverwood, Hurstville, Miranda and Sydney CBD areas. She maybe utilising the rail network.
