Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the state's north.
George O'Connor, aged 14, was last seen at a home on Bowraville Road, Brierfield, about 10km south of Bellingen, about 9.30pm yesterday (Friday 15 May 2026).
When he was unable to located or contacted, officers attached to Coffs/Clarnece Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for George's welfare due to his age.
George is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 140cm – 145cm tall, of a thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper with a white 'Nike' logo on the front and black football shorts with a stripe of green camouflage print on the sides.
George is also believed to riding a black scooter.
He is known to frequent the Brierfield, Coffs Harbour, and Nambucca Heads areas.
