Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the state's north coast.
Jeramiah "Jerry" Dowling, aged 14, was last seen in Pottsville, about 6:30pm on Saturday (25 September 2026).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Tweed/Byron Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Jeramiah's welfare due to his age and he lives with a number of medical conditions.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm tall, of medium build with short, brown curly hair.
It's unknown what clothing Jeramiah was last seen wearing; however, he was wearing blue coloured joggers.
He is known to frequent the Leeville, Goonellabah and Kingscliff areas, as well as Coomera in Queensland.
