Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.
Soledade Kilham-Santos, aged 14, was last seen on at a hospital in Westmead, about 11.45am today (Thursday 4 December 2025); however, police believe she may have boarded the Light Rail on Hawkesbury Road, Westmead.
Officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Family and police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Soledade is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 155cm tall, of thin build, with long black hair.
She was last seen wearing a black bra, grey yoga pants, and white shoes.
She is known to frequent the Annadale, Sydney CBD, Town Hall station, Central station, Hyde Park, Prince Alfred Park, Surry Hills, and Rozelle Parklands areas, and Sydney's public transport network.
