Police are appealing for assistance to locate the parents or carers of a child found in Rockdale area.
About 2am today (Wednesday 1 April 2026), officers attached to St George Police Area Command were called to the intersection of Princess Highway and Rockdale Plaza Drive, Rockdale, after a boy was located alone on the road.
Police patrolled the surrounding area however, haven't located his parents or carers.
The boy is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, about 5 years of age, 90cm tall, of small build with short black hair and black eyes.
He was found wearing a black grey singlet and green shorts.
