Police are appealing for information following a break and enter at home in the Shoalhaven.
Officers attached to South Coast Police District commenced inquiries into a break and enter which occurred shortly before 11am Monday (20 April 2026), at a home on River Road, Shoalhaven Heads.
Police were told the house was ransacked, keys stolen and a safe containing jewellery was taken.
No one was home at the time and the break-in wasn't discovered until about 7pm the same day when it was reported to police.
Police responded to the scene and detectives commenced an investigation.
Following inquiries, to assist in their investigations, Police have released CCTV images of a man and car that was seen in the vicinity at the time. They believe the man may be able to assist with their inquiries.
The man is described as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander in appearance, aged between late 30s to early 50s. He was wearing a maroon-coloured 'Queensland Maroons' hat, camo shorts, a light grey hoodie with a marlin emblem on it and black and red shoes.
It's believed he was driving a lime green Holden Barina Spark.
