Police seek to identify Carrum Downs business burglars

Detectives from the Frankston Crime Investigation Unit are hoping to identify three men following a burglary in Carrum Downs last month.

Investigators have been told three men attended a business premises on Silkwood Rise just before 1.15am on Saturday 27 March.

The offenders grabbed rocks from a nearby garden bed and used them to smash windows and the glass window door pane to gain entry.

Once inside, two of the men used the rocks, chairs and bins to cause extensive damage to the office area.

The third male filled a shopping bag with rocks and used the bag to smash the windscreen of a truck parked in the carpark.

Investigators have released CCTV and images of three men and the vehicle they arrived in who they believe can assist with their enquiries.

The first man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance and was wearing a black balaclava, black hoodie, black pants, black runners and black gloves.

The second man was wearing a black face covering, black hoodie, black Adidas tracksuit pants, black runners with white soles and blue gloves.

The third man was wearing a black face covering, black hoodie, black tracksuit pants, black socks with white hoops, red runners with white soles and blue gloves.

The car is described as a small silver four door hatch with silver or chrome mag wheels.
