Police seek witnesses to aggravated assault in Darwin 30 June

Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses in relation to aggravated assaults overnight.

Around 9:30pm, two women aged 41 and 32, were sleeping at a bus stop opposite Eden Street on Stuart Highway, Darwin. They were allegedly assaulted by three people: a male in a black or blue jumper and two women.

Both victims were conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital for treatment. The 41-year-old suffered serious injuries and a 32-year-old suffered minor injuries.
