NT Police are investigating an assault at the Palmerston Bus Exchange last night.
Around 10.50pm a 56-year-old male was approached by another male and struck with a bottle and punched and kicked multiple times.
The victim was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition.
A 50-year-old male has been arrested.
