Police seek witnesses to Dandenong sexual assault

Detectives from Dandenong Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team are investigating a sexual assault in Dandenong last month.

Investigators have been told the male victim met three unknown men near the intersection of Clow Street and Princes Highway, Dandenong on 12 April.

The victim returned to an unknown address with the men before leaving the property alone.

The victim was then followed by one of the men who grabbed the victim and sexually assaulted him in a secluded alcove on Robinson Street in Dandenong just after 2am on 13 April.

The offender is described as having a dark complexion, aged in his mid 30's, short hair with a heavy accent.

He was wearing jeans, a zip up jumper with white stripes on the arms and a black t-shirt.

Investigators are also keen to speak to four people who walked past and intervened in the assault causing the offender to flee on foot.

Investigators have released images and CCTV of a man and four witnesses that may be able to assist with their investigation.
