Police are investigating a stabbing in Lara last night (4 May).
It is believed two groups of youths became involved in an altercation on Walkers Road about 7.40pm, with two men sustaining stab wounds during the incident.
The two groups fled the scene.
A 21-year-old Geelong West man and 18-year-old Corio man attended a nearby service station to seek assistance.
Both were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police are yet to establish the exact circumstance surrounding the incident and the investigation is ongoing.
